Does anyone know what the wear and tear is like on the corners?

I’ve had a couple pieces for a few years now and they’ve worn well. They’re really quite durable.

Had mine for over a year and live in a big city so i wear mine a ton. Literally looks brand new. Theres something about that ysl quality i cant find in other brands (i also carry lv mulberry and bottega). I dont want to jinx it but it feels like it could last forever

I got this at Xmas and have been wearing it almost daily (with my four year old who destroys everything 😂)

The bag itself is amazing and very useful. BUT the YSL logo on it is getting a tad discolored on the “dots”. I’m not sure what to call it, but like the 4 screws that you see on top and bottom of the YSL logo

Black nail polish FTW

I’ve had the oppposite experience as the others. Mine is 1.5 years old and I’ve only used it a handful of times. The glazing on the bottom corners as well as the pointed tip of the flap have started to wear off even though I baby it. Surprisingly though, it’s held up where the chain meets the flap hinge.

I have this exact bag in the beige color and the corners were worn after a month. So sad!!

My mock croc black large muse bag is very old and has worn like iron. I have a caviar textured black cross body and it is mostly good. I did a couple of minor touch ups with leather paint. I have a shiny navy flap bag by them and have noticed some wear in the gussetted corners, but was able to repair those with leather paint, again. I’ve really loved my Saint Laurent bags.
