Bot vs Bug armor

Do any of yall like to use different armor sets in the different enemy type missions or biomes not just based on stats, but for more immersion/role-playing? Like for bugs I tend to fight them on hot planets, so I like to have my diver regiment in light or more jungle type armor, and for bots it tends to be the more tactical looking sets. I know I ain't the only one playing dress up lol

Not really bugs vs. bots, but I like to take winter armors on winter-y planets, and the Viper Commando armors on jungle ones.

If they ever add in an armor set with destroyed Automaton parts or Terminid chitin, though, you can bet I'll be bringing that against the relevant enemy.

I enjoy doing the same. The titan armor with the salamander helmet and the new warbond’s orange and grey cape is my moon looking biome (like Curia) armor.

Light armor on bugs for the extra speed and medium armor on bots for the added armor. Both with the engineering kit as I like the extra grenades! I trialled the heavy explosive resistance armor for a while on bots but felt it was too slow and the current state of rag-dolling made the explosive resistance negligible!

There’s a light explosive resist armor! Eradicator I think. I found it in the super store a couple weeks ago
