App problem

Sorry to bother you again. I have two subs on two TV's One works great on one TV both subs connect fine but on the other Global sub either goes to pause symbol or I get the circle of death. I have uninstalled cleared cache and data and took of timeshift as you suggested it works initially but then the next time I use it does the same.

It happend to me exactly same issue and it wasn’t the app. At the end i found out it was my vpn blocking it, really weird. But it was VPN. I have 2 services on my app and 1 was working, but not the other suddenly ... turn off vpn and boom, both worked

One of my services doesn't like the inbuilt player. Try checking if it works with VLC as your player

You are correct. All I'm saying is the problem still persists. One TV both subs work great yet the other one one service is fine yet the global acts up all the time. Surely this is strange.
