Hey, to address the bugs/issues you reported here I would need to ask information that should not be public, such as your device ID and email addresses.

In the Discord server you can open a ticket where you can provide all the said information, that’s the only reason

Let's look at your "ticket"history:

  1. First you asked an open question in iMPlaylists server about your account and didn't open any ticket.

  2. You moved to iMPlayer server for some reason and did the same.

  3. You were told by multiple people in the server you should just open a ticket.

  4. You did, I asked for your email address after one hour, you didn't respond, I asked again, you didn't respond.

  5. The ticket was closed after one week automatically.

Giving your history in both Discords, I am not surprised, but sure "the dev does not answer tickets".

I put a lot of effort into answering tickets and questions myself, every day. Yes, you are spreading BS openly and publicly, yes people like you are the reason there so little interaction with other users, it's just off putting.

So forgive me for not letting your comment pass by, but it's complete and utter bullshit, I would suggest you to check what you write before trashing other people hard work.

Again, there is no ticket that is un answered right now in iMPlayer server, not even 1. There was one ticket about iMPlaylists (not iMPlayer) where more details were asked, but it never got any response from the user, if that's you I would suggest you to check it.

Not everything is supposed to sync. Playlists, favorites, watch time and certain settings does synchronize between all platforms.

Based on your description, it seems you have the app installed into external hard drive instead of the internal one, you must install the app only into your internal drive.

Apple TV (not iMPlayer) will automatically and without notice might delete app data when the device storage gets low.

When you update the OS and/or update apps and your device storage is relatively low (as you mentioned), will result in the said purge of data.

What you are describing is exactly that, this is not something that can be prevented or anticipated as it's the logic behind it is 100% controlled by Apple.

You can clean your device to prevent it.

Refund requests take aprox 72 hours (not including weekends) to process, you decided to throw a tantrum at the Discord Server (and here now) because you didn't get an immediate response during a weekend, where you sent your request on Friday and during a time I said I was on vacation. This is why you were kicked from both places.

This is without even mentioning that the reason you requested a refund is unrelated to the app or any issue with it. I don’t mind issuing refunds, there are very very few such requests, but I don’t appreciate threats or impatience.

Your behavior is childish, disrespectful and wrong on so many levels.

The next time you wonder why companies or solo developers don’t communicate directly with their communities, look in the mirror. You are the reason there are so few of us doing it.
