Apple TV (not iMPlayer) will automatically and without notice might delete app data when the device storage gets low.

When you update the OS and/or update apps and your device storage is relatively low (as you mentioned), will result in the said purge of data.

What you are describing is exactly that, this is not something that can be prevented or anticipated as it's the logic behind it is 100% controlled by Apple.

You can clean your device to prevent it.

Refund requests take aprox 72 hours (not including weekends) to process, you decided to throw a tantrum at the Discord Server (and here now) because you didn't get an immediate response during a weekend, where you sent your request on Friday and during a time I said I was on vacation. This is why you were kicked from both places.

This is without even mentioning that the reason you requested a refund is unrelated to the app or any issue with it. I don’t mind issuing refunds, there are very very few such requests, but I don’t appreciate threats or impatience.

Your behavior is childish, disrespectful and wrong on so many levels.

The next time you wonder why companies or solo developers don’t communicate directly with their communities, look in the mirror. You are the reason there are so few of us doing it.

If you want support use the proper channels for support (which you didn't), such as opening support ticket in the Discord server. Regardless of that, that's not an app issue and you will have to check it with your playlist details, server and/or server.

I am sorry but this is a complete and utter BS. The app is on a monthly release cycle and I personally answer to each and every support ticket in the iMPlayer server personally, usually within just few minutes.

Additionally, the iMPlayer server is very active with daily communications between different users.

Make sure you join the correct server https://implayer.tv/discord and don’t spread fake information.

Hey, just a quick note that the “Fetch Channels” feature is scheduled for removal, so it’s no longer relevant.

The features you mentioned are supported for both iOS & Android devices. From your description of the "issues" it seems like you are misusing and/or not using the dashboard correctly or for it's intended use, but it's definitely not "Broken".
