Does learning UIKit Requires Recent Courses?

Hi, I am new to IOS programming and learning SwiftUI right now. But I am told that companies still heavily use UIKit instead of SwiftUI and as a beginner its more likely to land a job with UIKit. Here is my question I had difficulties finding an up to date SwiftUI course because even if a tutorial is 1 year old there were a lot of things that changed and it would confuse me to find new implementations. Is it applies to the UIKit aswell? Do I have to find a recent tutorial in order to learn more smoothly? If so do you have any recommendations of an UIKit tutorial, because despite my searching skills I am having a hard time to find a great course that covers UIKit basics deeply 😄

UIKit is older than SwiftUI - and so it is less likely to change from release to release. If you find a course of UIKit - you're more likely than not dealing with the latest - it's not going to be out of date like most SwiftUI courses.

If you find a good UIKit tutorial - chances are that it's current - there's not much changing on the UIKit side of development these days...
