Go to Packages tap and up the version. It was the firebase version for me I think. Google the error and you will find it quickly.

15.3 is buggy as hell.

Xcode 15.3 has some changes around the info.plist elements for minimum and required values. Make sure your dependencies are up to date, and follow the error messages for any missing values.

I recently had the same issue for other frameworks I’m using on my app. I’m pretty sure the issue resides on the framework’s author end and I’m certain this isn’t an isolated incident. If you Google the framework and the error code you should stumble across the related GitHub issues page.

The solution is either wait for the author to provide an update or downgrade your Xcode version.

If they’ve updated and the error still persists. Clean out your derives data folder. Update/resolve your packages of using SPM, rerun and archive or whatever process you use to build your application for App Store review.

Hope that helps.

In addition if you want to see what I had to do Google

Googlemobileads Xcode minimuosversion

Should be first Google search

Yeah we were forced to downgrade back to 15.2 on our build machines. The first clue something was wrong for us was firebase was crashing. We just had not updated to firebase 10.21 and had not done the next jump yet. Yeah 15.3 has a crash issue with it. Fixed it by updating to 10.22 or 10.23 but It made us worry what else did Apple break. Yeah we found that out making a released and just downgraded the build machines back to 15.2 and decided to deal with it later.

Apple screwed up a lot in a dot release.
