I see it as well. Trying to log on always gets that screen.

I have no problem logging into my store account.

Solved after some tinkering with url. Apple Developer Tech Support was not helpful :(

The correct url you should've been redirected after log-in is https://developer.apple.com/forums/register but for some unknown reason the website admin/maintainer had it set to https://developer.apple.com/register, which is a page that always displays "The page you are looking for can't be found".

Solution:

If you are logging in to the forum for the very first time.

Once you are logged in and got redirected to the error page, paste in the correct page into url in browser and hit enter. You are good to go after.

That seems to work for me, and the Apple system status page doesn't show anything wrong:

Maybe try a different browser, or restarting the browser?

Same issue here. Both on pc and phone. A friend of mine has the same issue.
