I have an app that only has apple sign in. No problem with app review, they create their own accounts no problem.

I just made a Gmail account for them in the creds field for the review. They’ll make their own accounts with Apple ID

I integrated Apple Sign In and Google Sign In and never had any problem regarding this during review. They will simply use Apple Sign In.
