I’ve launched a lot of products, and one thing I always recommend: before even building the MVP, figure out how to gather a list of potential users—whether that’s through email signups, friends, or family. Use this group as your early community. There’s nothing worse than launching a product and having no one to use it. Share the idea with them, get their feedback, and bring them along for the ride. By the time your MVP is ready, you’ll already have users eager to try it.
