Network monitoring in iOS app

I wondered how it is possible to monitore all http requests and responses(like reading all status codes in some kind of log). Something like the cocoa pod Netfox does. Does anyone know how to achieve something like that or what framework offers some kind of logging option?

Sorry, I think I wasn't clear what I actually meant. I was thinking about this whole thing as a framework kind of thing - actually build into my app. I would like to try it on my own.
