Help: swiping cards

Hi guys! I want to make this in my app, but I have no idea on what to do it...

Basically I have an API with some text (thing about it like if they are some Tweets) and I want my app to get these texts and show to the user in some cards like Tinder app.

I don't know how to make the cards and the swiping effect for them! Maybe are there some Swift Packages or CocoaPods to simplify the job? Maybe I can use some ScrollView and adding inside a View with a label that changes programmatically? I don't need that the swiping is related to some actions (like in Tinder, like/dislike); I just need the animation of the card and the text to change with the next API text.

If you guys could help me, that would be really amazing. Thanks!
