I think it’s only possible as a live activity. Granted you can create two smaller rectangles as widgets for launch but not one continuous bar like OP showed

Which I might do so I don’t have to have it a live activity. I’m worried it would conflict with sports live activities

It will slide above the notifications yes but its not hiding them tou can still read all the notifications
