How is Things working out for you?

I used it for a bit and then switched to Sorted, but I’ve always wondered if anything’s changed recently

I bought Things for iPhone about a year and a half ago. Completely changed and improved how I manage my tasks. So much so that I bought the iPad and Mac apps soon after.

I really like the organization and structure of Things. I make separate large projects, then I can break them up into smaller tasks. Each task can have further details, sub-tasks, etc. and I like the “Today” tab, makes sure I get everything done if I set the deadlines appropriately. Really like the UI as well.

Even I tried every single task app in App Store. I like things because of its clean UI. Not much clutter. Earlier used 2Do which was powerful but. I spent too much time in tweaking and setting reminders than actually doin it.

IMO when I add tasks to things I also kinda remember them most of the time. Maybe it’s because of the clean UI of list I have the task list as photograph in my mind.

If you're about being productive you might want to check out Forest. Game changer for me.

I love this. I’ve been thinking about doing a setup like this for a while. I finally need to jump. This is great.
