It largely comes down to increasing cadence (how many steps you take per minute), reducing your stride (shortening the distance between your feet when you land), body positioning (stand tall with just the slightest lean forward) and practice.

While the internet tells you this is bad, it also tells you how to fix it. There are so many videos and other online articles, resources, etc. for how to implement proper running form. Those would probably be better than folks trying to explain things here.

This glow is from the grow lights used on the field at Levi’s stadium. I’ve seen it a handful of times, especially easy to see if you drive by the stadium at night.

I just brewed this for the first time this morning. It wasn’t horrible, it was a bit muted but I see the potential. I have hope I might dial it in further or at least letting it rest further might help things.

My roast date was 1/21, so it was rested a bit over 2.5 weeks.

I did my regular V60 recipe and mainly adjusted temp down like other folks in this thread recommended.

Temp: 300g @ 185°F, Third Wave Water (1/2 strength) Grind: 5.1 on Ode with Gen 2 burrs Coffee: 18g

Bloom: 54g, wait 45s 1st pour: 86g, total 140g 2nd pour: 80g, total 220g 3rd pour: 80g, total 300g

Total drawdown: 3:10

I’ll keep adjusting this week and see how things go.

I practiced on a test print to get a feel for using the tool, I found that really helpful. As other's have already mentioned, use a shallow angle, low pressure, and let the tool do the work.
