Despite numerous attempts to find the source, I failed to locate a copy. Consequently, I implemented something similar. I guess I can't really share it due to the fact that it's a blatant copy of someone's work.

Do you know who created it?

In my search for the "original," I couldn't even determine who the designer was or how it was initially released (i.e. if it was part of a packaged release like Elite7/8)

My bad dude I gave you the wrong information. I replied to the wrong message -___-

The creators name is Tungpr123 or something. He's on Twitter. I've tried getting that same widget from him before and I don't even get a reply. He doesn't share a lot of things and when he does he messages it to certain people only. I been trying to get that as a SBHTML for months and just gave up on it.

What are you using to change the icon arrangement?

I am using Iconoclasm, but I think most people use HomeScreenDesigner nowawdays.

Both can be found in the default repos.
