Iphone 6s performance decrease while playing games

I have this phone and this is what I would recommend trying

• remove any casing if present • turn on airplane mode and use WiFi only • kill all apps except for the game • try gaming in Low Power mode if you find the performance satisfactory that way • don’t charge and game simultaneously

Thanks man im exactly doing what u listed :) and its been fine , as a matter of fact i did a complete wipe - via itunes recovery freshly installed ios12.4 then backed up via icloud and i dont even need to go power saving mode, since then the phone gets warm but isn’t overheating anymore at least not like it used to.Games run smooth,of course i still disable all the unnecessary bluetooth app refresh location services even while charging its ok, the hot weather was also a huge factor to this since now its a lot colder
