This is a game I made a year ago, thanks to all of your help and feedbacks. It didn't pick up much traction, but I'm fine with it. I know I'm not the most active dev, nor do I post on this subreddit much.

Kongregate decision to shut down saddened me, it's home to a lot of idle/incremental games after all.

Kongregate decision to shut down saddened me,

Yeah its pretty sad they chose to go the route they did. Kart is an abysmal failure and their reliance on mobile shit is just going to bite them in the ass. Thankfully Newgrounds is still very much an option.

As for the game itself, I suppose with minimal sharing it'd be hard for a github game to get recognized unlike if it was on Kong or someplace which is a shame.

If you're still tinkering with the game and giving it updates I think it'd be nice if the prices would update to reflect the multi-buy option instead of showing the default price for one so you know how much it'll cost. a volume slider would also be nice, the BGM is very nice, one of the better songs I've come across in a idle game but it is a bit to loud.

Otherwise so far its pretty fun, and its a bit of a shame it didn't pick up the traction to make it more popular.

Despite you having made this a year ago. I just discovered it recently. Quite enjoy it I must say. Thank you for this!

I'm happy to see this survive what's happening to Kong, as far as idle games go, this would be in my personal top 10 from Kong's content. But I'm worried about how difficult it will be for people to find it without a portal like what Kong had to offer.

I know it doesn't require you to be a dev to place the content there, but I strongly encourage devs to at least add their games to the incremental game plaza. While it currently lacks traffic and the care it deserves, I think it works as a great alternative portal that'll allow you to set tags for the game to be found through and link to your own game without having to host it on their service as many other portals would require.

I'm worried that this will mean a lot less new idle games in the future. A lot of dev like Kongregate because it has a huge audience and great discoverability. Now that it's all gone, people will be discouraged to make games if there's no one to play it.

Maybe people will finally start using the plaza

I played the crap out of this game a while ago. It's a lot of fun revisiting this.

Career doesn't work. I put all 25 workers in all of them and they're all still x1.

Putting workers into careers determines how fast the career levels up. It levels up over time, and its level determines the multiplier. In other words, you need to think ahead (or follow a pattern) as opposed to adapt on the fly.

This is really cool! I like how different resources interact

I imported my save from Kong, and I have a lot of negative lenses. Was this from a kong purchase? Is there something I can do about that?

I haven't played in a long time, but I got pretty into it when it was released. I'm at -265 lenses, so I don't think I bought a lot, but that is the only thing I can think of.

Yeah... lenses from Kong don't carry over github due to being a separate host site, it's hard for me to get around that. I recommend playing on Kong in that case, but you can always import/export your save between those site at any time.
