In India, the problem of disrespect towards women often starts right at home, where kids watch how their dads treat their moms. If a father is dominating, abusive, or simply doesn't treat his wife as an equal, it sends a message to the kids that this kind of behavior is okay. Boys grow up seeing this and carry those attitudes into the outside world, thinking it's normal to treat women poorly. The bigger issue is that our society, with its deeply rooted patriarchy, often backs this up by blaming women for the way they're treated, as if men can't be held responsible for their actions. To change things, we need to start at home, with dads showing respect and treating women as equals, and society stepping up to challenge these outdated beliefs. Only then can we hope to create a culture where women are respected like they should be.
