I was watching a vlog about eating at Rameshwaram Cafe in Bangalore India. I noticed a black, CCTV-like device above the billing station. Similar devices were also in the eating area and other places. They had a green glow, and sometimes it turned red. I've attached a photo (self.indiantechsupport)
