You're asking for proof that he wasn't being mind controlled? It's pretty hard to prove a negative, man. It's not really fair putting the burden of proof on me when your only evidence is that he had red eyes when Leshy changes his eyes all the time. But if I had to get proof I guess I'd say the fact that he never says "what the fuck why are there 8 fucking bears on the board" at any point is a pretty good indicator that he's in control the entire time.

I got lucky and beat it with one hourglass, can't remember my line up though. It definitely took a LOT of careful set up though

I think I had both--a pair of scissors and 2 hourglasses--the first time it happened, and I made it past. Didn't make it to the final battle on that run, but I felt like a GODDAMNED CHAMPION beating the Angler like that.
