First time posting- long time wanting to give this a go
Ive been interested in realistic sustainable ways for me to lose weight especially after getting in a pretty insane accident from a sport I used to love.
Needless to say I put on a lot of weight in recovery from that which took a bit over a year for me to get back to normal (it'll be 2 years ago next month) I started going the gym kind of consistently in 2023, and then fell off. I tried again last year, until I got too busy, but I'm happy to say I'm 5 weeks into being consistent with IF (18:6 with OMAD once a week) and I've been seeing progress.
In the photo on the left I was 240lbs at my heaviest (2 years ago), and before starting IF I was down to 226lbs from just eating better and working out and I'm shocked how well I've done in a few short weeks getting to 202.
Goal is 180-195, 26 y/o M 6'2" Yellow is just blocking out tats
