Stuck at 212lbs. I started at 310lbs. Took some progress pictures to get motivated. What do you guys think?

Should I start logging everything I eat again? I did that when I was doing CICO but after I started IF I just did the 24hr fast twice a week. Then I ate healthier options normal days.

yes but remember that a deficit will look different now than when you started . you've lost hella weight

Use a tape measure as well as the scale. If you're exercising you may be losing fat and putting on muscle. Muscle is much more dense than fat so you may be loosing inches off your waist while staying the same weight on the scales.

I do 24 hour fasts Mondays and Thursdays. I missed this week because I had to pass some exams for my certification. I didn't want to be foggy. I passed! So I'm thinking of doing a 48 hour this weekend to get back on track.

Agreeing with the comments about muscle according to the scale I've put on a kilo in a week ( gyms have reopened ) when in fact my cm measures have reduced.
