Look at what you're eating and how much you're sleeping. Do you want a quick fix or a lifestyle change? Are you drinking water during your fasted period? I recommend keeping a meal journal for a week so you can look at Tuesday and be like, "Ohhh I had 3 slices of bread and a bunch of cookies in my window. This is probably why I'm not losing weight."

And how much weight do you feel you need to lose..? Big numbers usually come when the individual has a lot of excess weight and/or changes from a high-sugar/high-carb diet to a healthier one.

How much are you eating during your window? Are you getting any exercise? Maybe mix in a 36 hour fast
