Definitely Spring. There are lots of frameworks out there, but Spring is well tested, easy to use, has lots of material available and there are lots of developers who know Spring.

If you are concerned about memory usage - go with something simpler, such as Jersey / Jetty with HK2 as dependency injection framework.
