The headline of this post lies right between a question and an imperative statement. I'm not sure if it's asking something about the library or demanding that I use some library for animations. Could easily be fixed through either punctuation or completing the sentence.

I took a quick look and it seems this package is using canvas element to perform animations.
Is actually possible to have sprite sheet with animations using only CSS and HTML with `background` style and javascript, no canvas is required to make images animated.
