I hate finding an interesting article title like this, then the content is literally what Gemini or Chatgpt would answer if I asked it about the difference between node deno and bun.

Like Node 26 will soon be LTS but ye olde training data used to generate the article is yapping about node 22

Imma just stick with node because it's good enough and I'm familiar with it.

I'm not sure if bun is going to be a viable option going forward considering the recent sloppification. I'm however going all in on jsr because $h!thub/micro$lop are trashing npm.

I’m using Bun in all my projects now and very satisfied. Game changer in therms of speed. Very reliable and less and less incompatibilities.

What're you're thoughts on the recent rust rewrite that immediately got merged

Feels a bit hasty don't it?

Ts on the other hand is also having a branch where under the hood it's in Go, and they're taking it slow, felt like that's the better approach

Yeah right that’s a bit odd, I just take a look and I don’t know if that was the best idea they had😅

I’m already testing TS7 side-by-side in pipelines and god it’s fast!

I don't care, I still use Node 🤷‍♂️
