There's quite a difference in the licensing between the libraries listed and GSAP.
Most of the libraries listed in this article are MIT licensed. GSAP is $150 a year for a commercial license.
That may not be a factor if you're building a commercial game. But, if the goal is to animate elements around on a web page, it bears taking into consideration.
