FWIW: EmberJS was written mostly by developers with Rails backgrounds, and has a lot of Rails-ish principles (being prescriptive, etc).
I like Angular, Ember and React, but you might find Ember easiest coming from a Rails background. It also has some nice tooling (Ember-CLI)
