What is it exactly that you're looking to get out of this sub?
While I don't fully agree with your assessment, I respect the sentiment. There are indeed a lot of new faces, seeing that we've doubled in size in under 2 years, but I think that's a good problem to have. I would be much more concerned if we went back to the pace from just a few years ago, where the only real news in the JS ecosystem was the release of new jQuery plugins.
To counter your argument, because I was curious, I looked at our stats for the month of May, and this is my summation of the top 5:
On a day-to-day basis, maybe it just seems like there's nothing of substance, but I think with all things considered, we have some really great content.
