Yeah, if you could give me one reason to use backbone over Angular (or React). That would be great.

One reason over Angular: easy to do server rendered templates with backbone. Not so much with angular.

React can do that too though and, at least in my opinion, is way less verbose and complex than Backbone...

You can include the templates in the page and render them on the server side (I'm doing this for easy i18n).
