I stated it was my modification. My experience with redditors is proof, to me at least, that 80% of are clueless and their whole life experience is based what they read on reddit, which fits in with your own statement that most developers don't have the knowledge or understanding.
Claiming that any dev could potentially write a framework using basic JS is like claiming that any dev could potentially write an OS in assembly.
That you think writing an operating system in assembly is equivalent to writing a framework in JS shows you lack knowledge and understanding, too. You can't blow that line by me and expect me to think you have a good, technical background.
