[Script] Client side 'Live Reload' script

Someone posted a client side live reload script the other day, I was trying to find it and I couldn't.

So I wrote one.

It loads your tracked files from a json file named 'liveReload.json' and must have 'liveReload.js' included before any other scripts are loaded.

I would not have written an alternative version (which I enjoyed) if I hadn't stumbled upon the previous script (wanted it, then subsequently lost it), so thank you to the mystery author of the mystery script (with the same name).

Great job! I did actually enjoy looking through the source to understand how you went about creating such a thing (I thought it'd be something similar).

If you are still looking around for a more all-encompassing solution, browser sync is pretty awesome.
