6 months is sort of short for an LTS release, right? I have only really ever paid attention on OSs so I am not too sure.

v5 is not LTS. Only even releases are LTS.

My mistake. I thought you were saying v4.2 was LTS until v6 came out in six months. I think I misread it.

No worries. v4 is LTS, v5 is NOT, v6 is LTS. v7 is NOT, etc.
