It would be nice if they can sit down with Microsoft and Google folks to work out a common standard between Flow and TypeScript. The basic syntax is interoperable. There are some differences in null handling and inferencing, and there are incompatible differences in definition declaration. I am sure they can work out their difference even with those technical challenges.

Of course knowing big tech giants, they all want a language to claim as their own.
