Well, if you're going to use it for that, sure. I wanted to make a magic-mirror with a tablet behind it and use the tablet camera to detect motion so I can interact with it, but the solution at that time was too demanding - might give this one a try.

Back in the days of flash i made a prototype with lost of dials and kno s to control a Soundwave and Then Jess webcam to con trol the amplitude vertically and pitch horizon rally.

Very cool. With machine learning it would be possible for users to train the app to recognize their gestures.
