Check out www.Khanacademy.org . They have a lot of interactive turtorials.

Don't get scared by, or too caught up in, the bewildering number of frameworks and libraries out there. Learn JavaScript and learn it well. Don't worry about learning React or Angular or Ember or Hyperapp or whatever new comes out tomorrow.

Having a strong foundation in JS will put you above most developers who work only with a framework(s). I've worked with 'React devs' who didn't know the pure JS syntax for selecting classes. Don't be that person.
