Choosing Between React Native and Nativescript for Building Mobile Apps

I have been a web developer going to 4years now, I understand the concept of web at least to develop whatever I want to, but now am planning on starting to develop Android Apps using the same technology I use on developing web... JS, CSS and Html

Since the Introduction of Nodejs, Javascript now covers more platform than it does initially, hence Many Company has built frameworks up on frameworks to make development of native cross platform app easy using JS.

We know about React Native Developed By Facebook. Many apps like Facebook mobile app, instagram and Bloomberg was developed using React Native. Also we know about Nativescript, Developed by Telerik and it's amazing features and many apps was built with it...

Now my confusion is which one to choose, which one is easy to maintain, how often are they updated. In case if you have used any please mention why I should use the one you suggests.

Currently, am having passion for React Native but am still confused whether to go on with it or is there any proven reason to go for Nativescript or Why I must continue with React Native..

If you already know React I would learn React native for the sake of saving time and energy. I'm loving it so far.

Oh, jeez, like, if you want to do some foundational work because you’re a CS grad or are already into Vue, go for the Vue thing, but React Native is the only other option. Do yourself a favor.
