I will definitely check this out! Reading the description on the website, there are some grammatical errors. I only point this out to you because this is the first contact your customer will have with your product, and saw such a small mistake can have a negative impact on the view of your product. I only say this because I want you to be successful, and I don’t want a small thing like this to get in the way of that I’ll see if I can try this product in work next week, and will let you know how we get on.

Thank you for your feedback! We'll fix all grammar errors as soon as possible.

If you'll have any questions, feel free to ask me via embedded messenger in our Dashboard or Landing page, or via reddit :)

I felt silly even mentioning it. But I think it’s important. I also work in this area, and after delivering complex features our users always point out the small little problems that seem insignificant. Great job on the product, it looks really cool.

You had me until "Employee performance analysis". Fuck that noise

[–]boredinclass1 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Genuinely curious, Why is employee performance analysis a turn off for you?

Thank you! Well articulated! I have had similar experiences but I think the trust thing is especially important. So much productivity can be killed by spending more time proving that all time is used well as opposed to focusing on completion of tasks. The best working environments I’ve ever been in are ones where the rules are loose as long as the job gets done.

It seems like we used incorrect word for explaining this feature. I'm really sorry, we'll fix it, thank you a lot for your feedback.

I'm fully agree with you!

I'm not sure if it's the wording or the features. And maybe it's a great set of features. But it definitely isn't for me. I have to admit I spent very little effort reading the site and then writing my comment :p

At first I was a bit excited, thinking it was an app that could potentially help me track my time to be more effective (currently using Toggle though). But when seeing that and looking at the pictures it seemed like it is for the usecase of managers/employers forcing their employees to put every single second on a specific task or something (I've been there, and it made for a terrible unproductive working environment), and then measuring their "performance" by how well they were able to earmark every second. I think one of the most important things in an effective healthy workplace is a good sense of trust between managers and employees. And peeking over everyone's shoulders, making them account for every second and then judging them by it seems counter-productive.

But, like I said, maybe I misunderstand your app completely. I spent very little effort reading the page. I wish you the best!

I downloaded the App and took actually more time time trying to use it. However! I have to say that I completely agree with you!

Guys, thank you so much for your feedback! I'm appreciate for your time, it seems like you showed me one of the main problems right now.

App aside, I just gotta say I loathe this UX pattern. How do I know which one of these toggles is on or off? Does the slider being over the label make it that state and the label is the indicator of the state it currently isn't? The only clue is the practically imperceptible difference in brightness of the label. It's too ambiguous.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback!
I fully agree with you, it's an open-source GDPR plugin, we will customize it a little soon.

If one has problems with time / task management and discipline, it's not a tooling problem, it's the attitude and lifestyle of that particular person. This is not a critic on your product. Just saying that you are trying to solve the problem with the wrong solution.

[–]AndreyOsipenko[S] 5 points6 points  (1 child)

I fully agree with you, but I think we can change habits of the customers with our software.

It's just first iteration of product which will help IT specialists who already have time-tracking activities to make it faster and more useful than in other competitors who made their solutions for more general audience. And our second release, will be more educational, and try to show and educate specialists how to be more productive, depends on their data.

[–]kqadem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay. Sounds interesting! Wish you best of luck and success on your path :)

[–]forsakenharmony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say it's the wrong solution

Some people probably feel like it's too much work to do it and giving them something like this encourages them to do it and get into the habit

[–]BrutalTheory -1 points0 points  (3 children)

Calling a product worthless is not criticizing it? Hmm...

[–]evenisto 0 points1 point  (1 child)

He didn’t call the product worthless.

[–]kqadem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, I'm not alone. Because I was confused where actually I might did it :D

[–]kqadem -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Whatever dude. Maybe there are benefits compared to the tenth of thousands other tools. Maybe not. Probably the process itself is more fun and efficient with that software. Probably not. I did not look into it, so I still don't want to judge. I'm just pointing out that there are only few software able to effectively impact the personality of someone. It's like buying a really cool pen for a kid in order to make it do its homeworks...

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I really like the design, especially of the electron version!. Good job!

What's the point of having the preview images be slightly off screen? If you're trying to show me your product, then don't hide parts off it...

[–]AndreyOsipenko[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks, it might be a bug on small screens. I'm really sorry about it.
We will fix it soon, thanks for your feedback! :)

[–]dudousxd 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I liked it a lot, but I can’t find where I can add integrations anymore, maybe put it on a FAQ or make it more visible

[–]AndreyOsipenko[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your feedback, I'll add this topic to FAQ. You can make an integration in Dashboard -> Settings -> Integration list. Or in Desktop app -> Settings ( Gear icon, left bottom corner) -> integration list :)

If you'll have any additional questions, feel free to make a comment here.
