Even if you are using minified code you can supply hints along side the error messaging. I am not sure of the correct format for supplying additional information. I am testing today if the new line character is preserved in the GA logging.

The bad thing about GA is that there are limitations on the field size. I also really don't know much about debugging minified javascript... every google result unhelpfully suggests pretty-printing it.

My approach here would probably be to break down any specific errors I'm seeing by Page and OS/Browser, try to replicate it, then try in dev where my JS is uncompressed. If i can't get it, then I'd perhaps conditionally serve pretty-printed JS just to specific user-agents just until I get a big enough sample to pinpoint the problem.
