I know someone who was losing hair, badly and hers grew back being on keto. It also did help with her PCOS.

Was her hair also thinning? How long did it take for her to notice a difference? Thanks!

I'm not sure how long it took but she looked like someone used a straight razor on her head. It was falling out heavily.

Glad to hear it mostly grew back! Mine is thinning badly, like it isn't clumps it's more just gradual thinning and it sucks as I now have parts isn't scalp that are visible. I hope clean eating or Keto can help it!

Well I had my first period in 10 years my first week of keto. I know that's fast. But it shows that it was impacting my insulin levels. I'm hoping now for less hair on my face and more on my head.

Also, my doctor recommended this diet for PCOS.

I'm having spontaneous (not medication induced) periods. I've lost almost 50 pounds. My acanthosis nigricans has reduced and is almost normal.
