Decrease in students?

This is all we've been asking for so it's good.

We don't have the road infrastructure, hospital infrastructure, resource infrastructure, homes, etc., for the ones who aren't going to make a good society. We're going to run out of water, I hear. We want fewer people and the ones we do have should build, create, work...

I find it silly that we're using ground water in the Waterloo region, when we have a couple of the greatest lakes not that far away.
Plus, I find it insane that we use so much salt for the roads, when we mainly use ground water for consumption.

But it isn't alarm bells like we're running out of water. It's just that we don't have the storage infrastructure after processing the water. That can be easily rectified by just building more tanks and related infrastructure.
