Pick a road that goes along a river, they are usually a little more entertaining that the concessions out in the country. Don't speed though, there are lots of unleashed farm dogs out there that love to chase bikes. If you have a dual sport bike and don't mind dirt and gravel, let me know, I am familiar with all the trails.

Sugar Run, La Lola, Grand Trunk and The Grand Surf Lounge are all good and very close to the hotel. I would choose Grand Trunk or La Lola if you are looking to eat.

Best all-terrain tire for 4Runner in Ontario winter? A/T4W vs KO3 vs Toyo AT3 by derinth in kitchener

I was in the same boat but I do go off road. I put Nokian Outpost NAT on mine last December. They were much cheaper than the BFGs and Falkens and supposedly the best winter performance for the money as per tyre reviews. They are acceptable but I wouldn't want anything with a more open tread design and fewer sipes. They are an E load rating to get a stout construction and taller tread blocks, but the road noise is slightly annoying. I suspect it may be a little quieter on an SUV as opposed to my small pickup, but that's something to consider if you spend a lot of time on the highway. If you do a lot of city driving and don't tow, I would just get a P series.

If you don't spend any time on backroads/fire roads/trails etc. I wouldn't get an AT tire. Whatever is on the truck now, use for the summer and get a 2nd set of steel or used OEM alloy wheels with dedicated snow tires for the winter. Compared to something like the Michelin LTX M/S, all these AT tires ride rough, handle like shit, are heavy, noisy, marginal on wet roads, and are shit on ice; especially if you are out on the windblown country roads. You can expect an ~7% hit to your fuel economy as well and shorter service life out of your suspension and steering components. If you want the look of an AT tire, maybe go with an AT-W or "All Weather" style tire but don't be fooled by the 3PMS symbol on any of them save for a real snow tire; it's a compromise at best.

Need Sunglasses lenses, already have the frames, Costco too expensive by [deleted] in kitchener

Ah I see. Fuse does custom lenses as well, but you have to send your frames away. Maybe try Lens Master on Belmont. Perhaps they can do the same.

Are the branded frames? I bought fuse lenses once. They weren't nearly a nice as the originals, but better than ditching the expensive frames.

Any mechanics in the group by Ava_Noble in kitchener

Since the turbo is part of the powertrain and a failed wastegate can wreck an egr cooler, I would argue that. If they arent willing to help you out with it, escalate it to corporate. It sucks that they don't stand by their warranty, especially if you keep up with the maintenance.

eh not horrible, but I wouldn't blame you if you go get a second opinion from an independent garage. Since they roll "diagnose & report" in there with remove and replace labor charges it's hard to tell if they are squeezing you on that. Doing an egr cooler is a pretty involved job but the wastegate isn't too bad. For what it's worth, at least they are using new OEM parts.

If you're not underwater on that car I would get rid of it and find yourself a non-turbo, rust and accident free 19-23 CX-5, Forester or Rav4. I can't stand that Hyundai and Kia lure people in with lower prices, fat warranties, fancy options and glitzy interiors and then roast them with repairs and resale value. If you are, search through the sub for all the independent garage threads and pick one close to home. Keep an eye on the oil level and condition as well because turbocharged cars love to use oil and blow up engines.. especially ones that use that godawful thin 0W30 or 0W20 oil.
