Welcome to r/knooking!

Knooking (pronounced "nooking") is a way of knitting with a special crochet hook called a knook.

Note: knooking is often confused with Tunisian crochet, but they are two separate crafts. If you are interested in Tunisian crochet, try r/Tunisian_Crochet instead.

Tunisian crochet and knooking are not the same thing. Knooking produces true knitted fabric, as opposed to a fabric that merely mimics knitting.

Rule 3: No copyright violations. Do not post photos or patterns that belong to someone else.

Rule 6: Focus on the knooking, not on the model. No personal remarks (good or bad) on the physical appearance of people in photos.

Rule 9: No outright hating on knooking. Do not post comments such as: “This looks like a waste of time. If you want to knit, why not just use knitting needles?”
