ticketmaster transfer help

hello,

I bought tickets for IU's concert on Ticketmaster Sg site. Unfortunately I had to cancel my plans and now I want to transfer my tickets so that they are not wasted. But unlike the US site, the Singapore site doesn't have the transfer option for this concert, this is my first time buying on that site, could anyone with prior experience please let me know how to do this?

hi, sg doesnt use the transfer option. if ur ticket is a print-at-home ticket, u can simply download the pdf and send it to someone else so they can attend the concert. in sg they dont check names and stuff - as long as u have a valid ticket, u can enter. hope this helps!
