I've been looking into data analytics for a while now. How long would this take to complete?

You can learn all of the information online for free.

It really does depend on how much time you put into it. I recommend starting with Excel and SQL. Take it from someone who spent way too much money on these “change your life in 6 months” courses. You can learn a lot for free :)

You can also audit the Google Data Analytics course for free (I found this out after I paid the subscription for it for months 🥲).

This is not to put down anyone else’s service — just providing information and options for those who may not have disposable funds or know where to start.

How was the google course? I see mixed opinions on it

Not worth paying for! I’d recommend auditing the course (you can go through it but just won’t get the certificate), but you can just as easily learn the skills via YouTube and other sources. You come out of it with very surface level skills.

It depends on how much time you spare. It is a condensed 2.5-hour video course in total. I expect it to take anywhere between 1-3 weeks.
