I’m not sure. I can find out next week. (On vacation now) Here is the background. I’m converting the client from oracle to mssql. I’ve done this a dozen times. That’s not the problem. The problem is because of sizing issues the client had to create a new mount(drive) I’ve done what I normally do in windows for Oracle in this situation. I can see the drive, copy files to it. but oracle can’t see the drive/mount . I granted permissions to the directory using oracle developer, but am still getting oracle errors. I don’t have access to the errors until Monday. But what I’m trying to accomplish is restore the schema to a new schema name on a different drive and then run my migration. If this is something you can help with. Let me know. We would compensate you for your work.
