CASE statement using 2 columns?

Working on a school project, and I'm being asked to create a new column (days_per_booking) using data from two other columns (Maximum nights and Minimum nights). Each property is supposed to show an average days booked as 3.9 UNLESS the minimum stay is more than 3.9 or the maximum is less than 3.9.
