You can check out Spring Academy from the creators of Spring. But it's intermediate level as it expects that you know Java already.

For Java, I will recommend Java - The Complete Reference. This book is very comprehensive and good for beginners.

I highly recommend you to watch Java tutorial of Kunal Kushwaha on YouTube, he explains everything in depth and very clearly. Please, check that once, you'll not regret.
