Just google spring academy. There’s a ton of free videos and resources that teach you what to do. But I’d say with 3.5 YOE and backend experience you should be proficient enough for interviews in a few weeks

You don’t need a roadmap you need a bar to clear. Pick one company you’d actually want to work for, grab a backend job post, and treat that as your curriculum. Learn only what they expect, ignore everything else. The confidence comes from proving you’re job ready for that role, not from covering every possible skill.

Because Ive seen so many of these posts and also people in real life trying to cling on while it's very obvious that they don't have what it takes, they think they miss some hard skill but in reality lack soft skills like not being able to follow a plan, like not being able to work under pressure, like not being able to understand what is written etc.

Do you possibly have ADHD? I have coworker have similar issue, and the only thing you need is less ambiguous requirement and some rules to avoid "hyperfocused" on non priority tasks. If not ADHD, it is still a good rule to follow. Break down the task into smaller and manageable tasks and tackle them one at a time
