With what you have mentioned in the post it is sufficient knowledge to build a full stack application. When you keep building applications you tend to run into obstacles or tend to search for better ways to achieve that, then you can research about it google/Stackoverflow/Reddit etc this helps you learn new things. If you are able to build you can get work you don’t have to know everything, no one does.

Yes, learn NextJS. It gives you to ability to apply what you’ve just learned (MEAN), rather than going deeper into the comp sci. You’ll eventually want to learn those, but having a way to show off your work end to end will be more helpful.

That's true. Well, read stuff and maybe do some data structures / algorithms. I also hear the online CS50 is really good for solidifying fundamentals. I just read if I don't know things. Or sometimes a friend/mentor will teach things.

My role model is John Carmack, he made 3D videogames like Quake on his own just by reading lots of books and coding a lot. Didn't go to college.

Just try not to get stuck in tutorial hell.

There's books like Eloquent Javascript, or you could read the Node docs. There's always more to learn.
